For in-state and out-of-state accounts call us so we can provide UPS or Lonestar labels for you with our account number. For UPS shipping you can call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 before noon, Monday-Friday and they will pick up from your office before 5pm.

Online pick ups will be checked at 10am, 1pm and 4pm. All pick ups scheduled after 4pm will not be picked up until the following the day. If it is a repair or reline that needs to be picked up submit request no later then 10am, if it is after 10am please call the lab to schedule a pickup.
